Please respect the home, neighbors, and local Seaside Heights regulations. Occupancy must not exceed the approved number of guests at any time, including overnight visitors or additional guests. At least one guest must be 21 or older present for the entire stay. This property is strictly no parties or large gatherings, and any disruptive behavior or underage drinking is not permitted. The town enforces rules strictly, with fines starting at $1,500 per violation. Guests are fully responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from violations of house rules or local ordinances.
